From a sprinkler, has some one had luck with removing them with something?

Don't think a sprinkler should wet windows or siding.  Can you adjust it?

@goldensrbest I would try white vinegar. It can be diluted something like one cup to a gallon of warm water. See if that removes it. It will certainly clean the window. If the diluted vinegar doesn't work, use full strength.

Do you think this is an indication of just how "dirty" our water is?

That's what I've been thinking lately! My car comes out of the car wash almost dirtier than when it went in!

I agree!  If vinegar won't do it, nothing will!

@goldensrbest   Try Magic Erasers. Those things work magic - no pun intended.  👍

@pattypeep

Are you supposed to dampen magic eraser before using on windows?

I'd try some CLR.

Yes wet the magic eraser it's supposed to activate the scrubbers in the sponge or that's what it says online.

If that doen't work try 50/50 water vinegar solution. Spray window & let it set a fews minutes before cleaning.
