WOW--do those stain removers really work?

I'm watching "Keep it Clean," and I can't believe the stains they are removing!

Something called Instagone is taking nasty stains from ceilings, floor tiles, & awnings. I caved, and am going to try it on some kitchen tiles. Then there's that hunk Joe Cammpanelli's carpet stain remover; he's removing permanent marker and hair dye!!

Anyone using this stuff??? Does it actually work??
