@spiderw ,  That is a charming idea of yours to have child figurines depicting summer during that season--  akin to having paintings of summer scenes or seascapes up during the warmer months....

The second one is my favorite but, of course, I'd have to tweak it a little.

Thank you Oznell!!!  I also  have a couple of summer scenes displayed and agree with that seasonal idea!!!!  Decorating each season always lifts my spirits and I enjoy finding ways to display my decor.

Ahh, my mantel. It's confounded me for years. Nothing I did every looked right. I finally solved the problem by getting a Samson Frame TV and having it installed over the fireplace.  Problem solved.  Now I can change the artwork out on a whim whenever I get bored.

 

 

(Yes, I know it's a TV and I'm not fooling anyone but it really does look great!)
