I used a walnut on the scratches that were on my wooden arm chair, then I used my hand held Dyson to clean up the pieces of the walnuts. You can us it on wood floors, etc. It's the oil in the walnut that repair the scratches. My chair look great! Just wanted to share if you never heard about this.

I saw this in Inside Edition tonite.  They had some great ideas for making your life easier, many of which I had never heard.  When I saw them rub the walnut and remove the scratch, it was amazing!

I have to admit that I've been using brown Sharpies.  (hangs head in shame)  It doesn't 'fix' a scratch, but it makes it invisible.

@chickenbutt LOL... I did that too, the sharpie thing, din't work for me either... Using the walnut was easy to do.
