Very Rustic Flatware Pattern from Kirkland's

I just saw this flatware show up in today's email from Kirkland's. I think they are carrying the rustic motif a bit far.

@PA Mom-mom   Those are a no for me, it would make me think I was eating twigs and berries.  Plus, they would get all tangled up in the dishwasher bin where I put my flatware.

That pattern has been around for a long time.  As I recall, originally it had to be hand washed.  That alone would make it a "no".

The pattern wouldn’t be for me but agree, a no to having to hand wash.

The really skinny handles are very hard for me to keep a grip on. They tend to spin around in my hand. I love the whimsy but technically hard for me to use.

I think these would definitely make people eat less being so uncomfortable!

@threecees Now, that's something I hadn't thought about. Maybe I should buy a set! Smiley Wink
