Vanity Bench Question

I have an old vanity bench. The cushion is no longer "cushiony" so I'd like to replace that, rather than the whole bench. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement cushion? The current cushion is a tufted one - 15 x 20. I've done internet searches and all I seem to get are replacement cushions for outdoor furniture. Any suggestions? Thanks!
