I was considering ordering Valerie's orange pip berry wreath for my front porch.  The description says for indoor use only, but Valerie talked about hanging it on your door.  I have a covered front porch.  Do you all think it would be okay on a covered porch?  I've never bought one of her wreaths before.

I have never purchased one of her wreaths either, but I think it would be ok on a covered porch.

I've wanted that for a long time. She usually says it's ok under a covered porch.

I have many of her wreaths. Some are better than others. I'd read the reviews before deciding.

The problem I have with all wreaths on the front door (with the exception of evergreen type) is that they fade. And get spider webs. Usually last one season.

My problem with wreaths with berries is that the birds tear them up trying to get the berries off.  I have many Valerie wreaths that aren't suitable for outside use that I've put on my covered entrance and they've been fine.

The pip berry is not meant for outside use. The berries will split open. That said if you have a covered porch then sometimes they do okay. It all depends on the moisture and temperatures in your area.

Thank you @Fressa .  That's good to know.  I've decided against it.  What @Kachina624  said about the birds trying to eat the berries made me think twice.  Now what you say about the berries splitting open makes me think it was a good decision not to get it.

Re: Valerie's Pip Berry Wreath

I actually forgot about the bird problem of picking at it. My bird problem is that they always try to build a nest on the backside of any twig base wreath against the front door.

These pip berry wreaths look lovely indoors and especially used as a centerpiece with a hurricane or figural in the middle of it on your table, mantle, etc.
