Hi Lucymo and MTH...thanks! Glad you like the pics. Here's one more showing the entire length of the top of our curio cabinet and wall unit from last Easter time Smile

That is a huge wall unit to decorate but looks like you have so much fun doing it for each holiday. I no longer have a wall unit but I have lots of smaller tables and mantles to decorate. Can't wait to get my bunnies home. As soon as I get out of work, I'm heading home to test them in a few places. Won't actually leave them out until after Valentines Day but can't resist checking out how they will look.

Hi Susan Louise, you sure have a large space to decorate and looks like you've filled them up. I too have a lot of collectables. I'm starting to think I have enough stuff, not sure if I can stop all of a sudden like you but going to try to do better. Thanks for the pics, enjoyed seeing them.

I would say that 85% of what is in the curio cabinet and wall unit is Fenton Artglass (over 300 pcs). I have since stopped collecting...

Back in 2004 when I was recovering from my lung cancer surgery and dealing with not being able to smoke anymore, I had discovered Fenton by watching the shows on the Q. It only took me a few years to acquire all those pieces through many places...estate sales, garage sales, gifts, Q shows, the Fenton store (ordered through their catalog), and antique shops. Once I became healthy again (after 2 more surgeries...hystorectomy in 2005 and bladder 2006), I then shifted my focus on gardening & birding which of coarse shows in the way I decorate. Our backyard is a certified National Wildlife Federation habitat. I will start winter sowing seeds next week. Maybe when I have time I'll post a few of our garden pics in the 'In the Garden' forum Smile

I couldn't tell what each piece is but Fenton sure had some beautiful pieces. I have a few but not many. My favorite collection is Lenox birds. I really don't know many I have, but a lot. I started collecting the garden ones but have others too. That's so interesting that your backyard is a certified habitat. Do post pics for us to see. I love birds but all we do is feed and water. After all of your health issues I'm glad you're able to enjoy life doing what you love.

Your username makes sense (Sarpy county) {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}...I'm less than 50 miles away from you in Lincoln...

Re: Valerie's Bunny Rabbits.

Yes, I live in LaVista. My grandson is presently going to UNL. He is in his senior year. He is from Iowa but wanted to go to UNL. Your decorating is lovely.
