I post very infrequently, but need to vent, then move on. I ordered the Fresh (NOT) balsam gingerbread wreath back in July. It came on Wednesday night and 40% of the needles were in the box. I took it out of the box and it was raining needles. Many branches were already bare. I put it in my garage and everytime I see it become more and more upset. I called CS who told me they do not have any product information on it on how to keep the needles on????? What??? The gingerbread things are cute but the wreath is in the garbage. $40 shot.... I at least could of received an apology but she didn't have any info on that either I suppose. I have learned. No matter how nice they tell me something is... forget it and buy local...
Time to move on.
