Christmas decorations are down and Valentine's Day are up.

Saw some 24" red tree's at Target in their Christmas clearance section, bought all 6 they had for $2.80 each and decorated with foam glittered hearts. They also had mini pink garland so that added to the tree's and it was only 90 cents. Instant Valentine's Day along with the rest of the decorations I had stored away.

I was raised in a house where every Holiday was celebrated (I still decorate my mom's house too) and now my nephew has the decorating bug too just due to grandma, it's funny his mom wasn't raised that way so this is all new for her.

Sounds like you must have a lovely, cheerful home no matter what the season.

Sounds lovely!

I used to do more when I worked, but now that I'm retired, I find I have lost some enthusiasm for decorating for each holiday. Not to mention storing it all!

I do try to keep seasonal things out during the year, however.

The idea of a red tree is delightful!

Enjoy!

I do so much decorating for Fall and Christmas, the rest of the year the holidays get very few decorations.

I do almost no decorating for Valentines Day or Easter. I do, however, enjoy everyone else's decor for those seasons.

Just took down the holiday decorations and put up my Valentine wreath: it's a few evergreen branches with a lot of red berries and a large hollow red plastic heart ( found the heart for $1.00) at the local thrift shop! It's all topped with a bright red bow and is very pretty.

I don't do much decorating for Valentine's Day, but I would like to. I would love to see some pictures of your decorated homes.
