Use to love your home elegance offers and looked forward to it. I see your merchandise and know I can run to Michaels to get it similar are even the same cheaper. Holly lobby as well. Fake flowers are nice but bring it on! Home decore is more than candles, mirrors, and flowers.

I agree, quality and variety are lacking. And there is way too much mercury glass.

Valerie still has some nice things, but not like back in the day. I find most of her wreaths to be cheap and tacky looking. I like the days when she brought the ones with dried flowers and eucalyptus.

Many of her offerings were done with a high end look, like something you would find people living in fine old historic homes buying and displaying. Now much of it is cheap looking mercury glass (I like a little of it but enough is enough) and so many things I see on other sites.

I'm definitely not a Valerie basher, and I have many of her things in my home, but I think Q is looking to keep merchandise to a particular price point, and the nicer things cost more than Q thinks we will pay. I also have to question the buyers that choose some of what passes as Q's home decor these days. Most of it bores me, and looks cheap as well.

I love Valerie's Shows (one of the few shows I watch on QVC anymore). I also own many of her products---in fact enjoying her sisal bunnies and other Easter items as I write this, and have many of her flower arrangements, many Christmas and other items too....And I love her sweet personality....

But I have to agree with the OP....but I think it has more to do with QVC in her recent product offers than Valerie herself. I was a tad disappointed with her recent shows, it seems that after the glass spheres were a success its all we've gotten.....glass spheres have been presented over and over...and then the same mercury glass concept in a mason jar, now smaller spheres. Same with ottomans---first indoor, now outdoor, now indoor/outdoor....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! I wish Valerie would bring in some more innovative home decor pieces ....... I did buy the mercury birds and nest, which I am happy with. Many shoppers have asked for pedestals and it would be nice to see these in different materials and sizes, and shapes other than mercury glass.....

Perhaps our suggestions should be routed to the ask.valerie or those that link businesses to their personal Facebook Page could make suggestions known there too....
