I purchased It a few years ago. Unfortunitely the battery died a little over a year later.
Did call the Shark company and they sent me a replacement. Followed the directions for charging it. Well did not work. Even recharged it over night.
Called again and sent me another one. Same thing happened. A third one came a few days ago.
Charged it up,and again did not work.
The CS person i spoke to asked me what date was stamped on the back of battery.
She promised that they would send me an updated one.
Told her it waas 10-11. So as you can see they are expired one. All of them had the same number.
Just wondering if anyone else ever encounted an issue like this?
I don't think i will call them just throw out the unit.
However i need to call sanitation to make sure they dispose of them.
We get privite pickup so that should not be a problem.
