Glad you posted.  I have this model (I did not purchase mine thru the Q).  I have noticed that sometimes when using it on carpeted surfaces the roller stops spinning.  I did register my warranty on line.

 

I am going to make a mental note to watch it and see if this keeps occurring.  I haven't noticed this issue on my hard surfaces.
