I ordered a Little Giant ladder from QVC. UPS lost it in shipment. I called UPS and he sent me an email to fill out a claim. After filling out UPS's claim form and hitting the key to file it, it said "Our claim site is temporarily out of order". BUMMER {#emotions_dlg.scared}

I called QVC and was greeted with a "Good morning Mr Xxxxx". I told her my problem and she said they could re-ship or refund. They quickly put my refund back into my credit card account. QVC IS GREAT. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Forgive me, but initially I thought it was hysterically funny {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

I mean, HOW can a little GIANT ladder get lost? I can see a small brown pouch like a piece of jewelry...but a massive box? {#emotions_dlg.blink}

Glad you got a refund!

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I guess I'm surprised that more things don't go missing, especially when the product is identified on the outside of the box.

I have had 2 parcels delivered to me by non ups people in the last 6 months.one parcel did not get to me though and ups really hassled me about that.I think their drivers are overworked or something cause this never used to happen.i am lucky that the people that received my other packages were kind enough to deliver them and save me the trouble of reporting missed deliveries.

I had a package delivered in a white mini-van yesterday by UPS. It was from Amazon.

I know that the people who delivered my packages were not employed by ups as one was a neighbor and the other person told me he received by mistake.

Hmmmmmmmmm, sounds like someone at UPS may be loving their new ladder.

The same thing happened to me!!!!! The TSV ladder I ordered had a shipping label from UPS, but no info would ever come up on it to show anything about it. I called QVC and they said I had to wait 22 days to see if it ever would show up. Right. On day 23 I called back and they sent me out another ladder. Would you believe when it came in it was damaged! Hubby was fed up with the whole deal. UPS came and picked up the damaged ladder. I guess a Little Giant in our home was just not meant to be.

I agree! Losing a ladder?
