Got my turkey luminary and I think some of you wanted to know about the color of this bird. The breast and part of the head of my turkey is a nice almost aqua color with a little brown and even purple swirled in it. It is a definite contrast to the rest of the turkey. The body is brown and the tail feathers are brown with a slight wash of rust on them. The feathers do have lines and stuff on them to try to simulate feathers.....know what I mean? It's just not a flat color. Now, I did just go and view the video and the breast on that one is definitely NOT like mine.....it is mostly dark in the video. That leads me to believe it just might be luck of the draw as to what you get. I really like mine a lot as the room I'm putting it in just happens to have the same colors as his breast. I would not call him colorful, but he is nice in my mind. Gobble! Gobble!
