Do you put anything on the top of toilet tank? I dont but read that some people decorate it.

@CherryHugs  I put a Luminara with a seasonal candle ring on top of the toilet tank in my powder room.

My main bath has a wicker lidded box with toiletries stored in it. Another bath has a tray with small Luminara candles displayed on it.

My powder room has three sea shells that I collected when I was a child....sentimental value, and the 4th bath has a box of "butt wipes" on it....no vanity/storage in there.

Nothing.  The button to flush is there.  I wouldn't keep anything there anyway

A box of Kleenex with a beach scene, a glass bowl filled with misc shells I've collected over the years and a blue decorative starfish I picked up at Dollar Tree earlier in the year. Notice a theme? 🤣
