Tips for the cleaning ladies

Just wondering if you tip the cleaning ladies when they come to your home monthly, or you give them a Christmas monetary gift. If you give to them at Christmas, do you give the amount that would be for one Cleaning?

Yes, a holiday gift of what they would get for a cleaning.

 

No tips, I paid cash and my cleaning lady was paid well.

No, I do not tip them when they come, the girls are self employed. But I do gift them for Christmas, usually whatever they are paid for the cleaning.

My cleaning lady is self-employed so I don't tip her.

 

Yes, I cash gift at Christmas.
