This is not my style, but I can appreciate the effort in the design. I do like both of the colors together, and the architectural details.

OMG, no!  It looks like a lemon meringue pie exploded all over the place.

 

Too fancy and the color combination would hurt my eyes.  I can't imagine feeling relaxed at all in that room.

I love the color scheme but the room is too formal and fussy to be livable.
