Does anyone know where you can buy a two-tier basket like that, without spending a fortune?

I ordered the black and white bunnies from Piper Classics, but now I need something cute to display them in.

I've seen them in Tuesday Morning and also TJ Maxx. I'm sure many other stores have them as well. I Googled "two tiered metal basket" and many results came up.

Thank you mallemo! Smile

Unfortunately it's difficult for me to shop in brick and mortar stores. I pretty much rely on online shopping. I did find a very pretty one online. I think it was well worth the $54.00 they were asking, (and I may end up ordering it) however, I was hoping to find something a little less expensive.

The top basket was 9" diameter, and the bottom one was 11 1/2" diameter. Do you think those are big enough to accommodate decorations like in your picture?

For what sort of things would one use a tiered basket like that, when they weren't using it for holiday decorating?

I'm not sure about the dimensions as I don't have one but another poster here (Rosehill) put one together. I would think that size would be big enough but I don't know for sure. I think the baskets are very versatile and could be changed seasonally and that would be so much fun. I know there are many other ideas also that it could be used for. You can also go to Google and put the search term in "tiered metal basket" and select to search by image. That will bring up lots of photos that I'm sure you could get ideas from.

Thanks again mallemo!

I'll do a little more searching, but I don't think I'll find a prettier one than the one I already found. I think it would look cute decorated for different holidays, and seasons, if I'm able to locate the right decorations.

ETA: mallemo, can you please tell me the name of the blog where you found the picture of the two-tier basket? I saw her blog but now I can't find it.

Yes, here it is . She does awesome work and she also has an Etsy store. The problem with that is that she lists items a few at a time and they sell within minutes of her listing them. I think she takes special orders as well. If you have Facebook she has a page there too.

Thank you for the blog info, mallemo!Smile

I saw some of her lantern swags, and I want to order a couple from her, if she ever starts taking orders again.

ETA: mallemo, you weren't kidding! She listed new items yesterday, and they flew out of there. The only chance I'll have of getting any swags is if she decides to take orders again. They're just beautiful! I would love to have 2 each, for Fall, Christmas and Spring/Summer.

Love it, too, but it looks photoshopped! Note the weird coloring / shading of the tray, and the heavy black outlines on the birds.
