Thomas Pacconi - broken ornament - HELP

I was wondering in anyone out there could help me. Back in 2003, I bought an adorable Christmas set from QVC. It was a Thomas Pacconi set that included a small (maybe 10") artificial tree and a wooden cabinet that housed 24 mini Christmas ornaments. You put one ornament on the tree each day until Christmas. Unfortunately, tonight my 6 year old broke one of the ornaments. QVC doesn't seem to sell Thomas Pacconi items anymore. I did a Google search, but couldn't find a replacement piece. I was wondering if any of you long-term QVC fans might have this same set at home....that perhaps has several pieces damaged....who would be willing to sell me today's ornament (Day 5, the piece of candy). Any help or suggestions on where I might find a set would be greatly appreciated.
