Think it is time to pull the trigger on new counters

I was holding off due to the economy being so bad: I was preserving cash.

But I decided to sell a piece of serious jewelry because my service dog needs serious dental work. I will have the "extra" cash left over from the sale to do my countertops.

Then I am down to new flooring. I plan to wait until a pipe burst or some other event to replace the flooring. I can live with what is there until then.

My three year project has the end insight!
