Very, very difficult to bring a gun INTO a Phila public school as all high schools have metal detectors, and weapons screenings happen in the elementary and middle schools.

 

Out on the streets is a different issue. Kids can actually "rent" a gun for a few hours, sadly. 

 

Regarding the jello shots, it seems like a silly mix-up, similar to those CBD gummies. Children often gravitate towards pretty, sweet, and tasty looking items.
