Temptations?

Is this line gone? I have not seen Tara and the line in quite a while. I see it on clearance and lucnh specials. I know it had good points and bad ones,not sure if it is still at QVC.

@wakefield64 Yes. QVC still carries Temp-tations. It is true the representative from Temp-tations has not been on air in a while. She is not scheduled in the next few weeks of programming however, we are she will return soon. Until she does I have provided a link to the inventory we currently have available.

I've seen Tara over the last couple weeks several times. She has been on Mary's show on Saturdays and I've seen her on with both Rachel and Stacey recently. I caught an hour long show on Sunday April 2nd. She was selling the Spring/Easter style. Now that Easter is here we probably won't see her back until she brings the summer style patterns (fireworkfetti, etc.) There's only so much stoneware one can sell. Blue Jean Chef has a set now as well as Rachael Ray selling her stuff too. Stoneware overload

The QVC outlet is always full of different sets. They are very heavy empty, hate to see how heavy they are with food.

I've also seen Tara and Temptations recently @MezzieStarr. She's been on early mornings when I've seen her, with Mary. I believe she was on last Wednesday very early, and Mary asked her if she was back later on ITKWD, and Tara said, "no, this is it for me today."

I agree that I think QVC will be introducing more stoneware/tableware. That's great news to me! Not knocking Temptations, but QVC has long needed variety in its ITKWD shows (all shows, actually), so this would be a step in the right direction, IMO.

Tara and Lisa have been on a number of times recently. Most of their one hour shows are being aired during the overnight hours (usually the first nail in the coffin of a product line), and some sprinkling of items on other shows.

What is frustrating long time customers is the lack of new items for such a long time now. They addressed this on their Facebook page, noting that in the second half of the year, there will be 'lots of new'. Many of us are questioning their definition of 'lots' in this case, and why it is taking so long to get a good supply of new items.

She has been concentrating on her Tara at Home line of private party type sales, and I think that while the line on Q is far from 'gone', it may be in a new phase of just being maintained as a brand, and not a lot of expansion going on.

I have no idea why the holiday season and the first half of this year have been quiet for new releases and there hasn't been a Temp-tations TSV for way over a year now (don't you wish we could say that about Dyson!), but I know some people are loosing interest and moving on.

In addition to new designs I think Tara needs to work on quality control...a friend recently bought me her "famous" jello in one of Tara's small Easter nesting bowls and told me I could keep the bowl.....I washed the bowl according to directions as I always do and have some older pieces, I treat this stuff as if it was delicate as fine china......and I popped some microwave popcorn and put it in the bowl instead of eating it out of the bag, and after I ate the popcorn washed the bowl and as I was drying noticed some cracking at the bottom of the bowl already.... So I welcome other options of better quality!
