are really my thing. I thing that if you decorate one table, and then take one thing from that table and bring it to another end table, like a chest or end table to accessorise you will eventually end up with an eclectic but cohesive room that reflects your style.
If you have read some of my posts lately I have been in a depressed funk and I have been trying to get out of that funk by going for a lighter look in my decorating style without having to spend a lot of money. I can do that my using some of my own accessoris as well as finding bargains at tjs, online stores I like, thrift stores and I am planning on painting a couple pieces of old wood tables in the next couple weeks to get a fresher look.
I did my entry way mostly white and mercury glass with a pop of color. I then carried that theme into my coffee table, but went too far with the white. When my daughter came over yesterday morning before I went off to my salad luncheon her first thought was that all I needed to do was add a white bible and it could be a table in the reception room of a funeral parlor.
