Just awful.  I can't even look at it without getting dizzy - double vision!

Okay I'm out on my deck with my laptop and can't see the colors because of the sun.  Someone mentioned black and yellow, what is the wall color?

Looks very MacKenzie-Childs to me.  Which too much of that is....too much.

Oh, key point, I think you made @stevieb --  "when she isn't trying too hard".   True!   Here's a sample, @wilma and @stevieb ,  of her work in, I think, a more subdued and therefore more attractive mode, like in this den she did.  It's polished, but not over the top:

@Oznell  It finally came to me... The other designer on Million Dollar Decorators was Nathan Turner... I think he was seen less than the others, but seemed to be good friends with Mary McDonald... Here is one of his rooms...

That looks pretty cozy to me, @stevieb .  Nice mix of old and new.  I love that oversize, vintage vessel.

If it weren't for the colors used in this room, I don't think I'd mind it.  There is a designers touch to it....just not quite the design I would choose.

I would describe the walls as a dark taupe color.

Until this moment I thought I was a lover of symmetry. Now I question that. 

Horrible colors, too symmetrical, and too over crowded. 

Did I leave anything out? LOL

I love symmetry but this is over the top......too much for me.
