Sun Setter awning

Since we got a very high quote to have a screen porch built for us, we have decided to have a 12 ft. Sun Setter awning installed to shade part of our deck. We haven't ordered it yet & I'm wondering if any of you have this awning ...any problems?? Good to have? etc.
