Yup......definitely a guy's bathroom.   The mirror is too high for most girls!

OK, first lose the framed prints, the mirror, the lighting  fixtures and the dull vase and pink flowers too. All of this stuff adds totally nothing!

 

The mirror and fixtures should be all in polished chrome like the faucet,

I would also add polished chrome knobs on the cabinet.

 

Needs some bright color like a yellow or an orange.

Or, strictly stay with a blue and white theme.

 

I would stay away from red though -

that would be just screaming patriotic - as one might tire of a too particular look.

It would work anywhere but in the home. 

 

I like Ike the way the tile was used.

I don't know what bugs me more - the pictures that aren't lined up straight, the high mirror, he counter that's dropped, or that tube light on the side of the mirror.
