Storm

Wow, I'm surprised there isn't more chat about this storm. Albuquerque got practically nothing but the Eastern NM, West Tx. And OK plains got hammered with an old fashioned blizzard. Up to a foot of snow, wind and whiteout conditions. IH 40 is closed from Albuquerque to the Texas State Line, at least 400 miles, I'd guess. Since last night, semis have been parked in two lines down the Interstate but they just opened the fairgrounds for parking. Interstate won't re-open until 9am tomorrow. I heard Amarillo got their second heaviest snowfall ever. What a mess!
