Me too!  I hate them. I have my hand vac handy at all times to vacuum them up as they walk across the floor.

Thay haven't been bad this year in SE PA.  I might have caught one inside the house but that's all.  Maybe it's not cold enough yet and the worst is yet to come.

I'm in Northeast Ohio too! I opened the sliding glass door in our livingroom and there were dozens up in the track. UGH

Seeing only once in awhile but had more in the Spring.  Glad they are easy to catch - don't buzz around - don't fly much - just crawls slowly.  I grab with paper towel and flush down the toilet.  I've heard they can crawl out of "T" if you just throw them in.  I've never smelled anything - perhaps I don't squeeze to kill - - off to the toilet....flush....bye.

Must be an OH thing. They are so nasty. All over my doors & if I open the front door for the dogs to go out, they come zooming in.

My youngest grandson gently lifts them up & carries them around, so they don't ever stink on him. He thinks they are great.

Ugh.....remembering the smell turns my stomach😩

we bought a darling log home in Colorado years ago, and when we moved in, discovered it was infested with them. Luckily we were able to get rid of them.
