I owned the Haan with the removeable handheld and loved it, loved it so much I bought another. Well, it didn't last four months, both of them died at the same time. I was very upset because there definitely had to be a defect. Shortly after that , the Q lowered the price substantially. I want to buy another steamer but I'm wary to do so. The one above from HSN looks interesting though.

I like my Haan floor steam cleaner. I once had an Oreck hand held steam cleaner and it lasted a couple of uses.
