Re: Spring/current decor pics...

Susan Louise: Thanks so much for posting the item numbers. I love hydrangeas, real or otherwise, and yours look really good. I'm a nature lover, especially birds, and we live in the country, so we're surrounded by it. Bringing pieces inside that remind me of the out of doors works for me every time! I too often switch out a lampshade or tweak things if I think it necessary. Enjoy your beautiful home! pinky

Re: Spring/current decor pics...

So nice to see 'regular' decor back up, isn't it? Much of mine has been down since last August, when the fall things came out.

I still have a little bit of winter out. Some greens and pinecones, and a couple of snowmen strategically placed, but I'm back to about 90 percent regular now. It's like getting 'new' stuff, it's been so long.

All very nice, SL. I especially like the rooster and chicken vignette on top of your fridge, along with the other vignette you created in your kitchen. I remember that one from last year, and you really do a good job of placing and layering everything. So nice!

SL everything looks fantastic. You are an inspiration. Like the tall clock and the rooster.

Did you see Val's new roosters in black? Very eye catching . . .

Hi SHOPR & whitelinen, TYSVM! Smile

SHOPR, That kitchen pic with the VPH lamp was taken last year. Since I put everything back exactly the same this year, I didn't bother to take a picture this year of that vignette...same with the pic with the 2 white terracotta birds in the LR...same set up in that corner of our livingroom. Along the top of the curio cabinet and wall unit, it's not 'exactly' the same, but very close. A few of the spheres are a bit different in the set up and colors.

Below is a pic showing the difference on a bookcase from last year and you can compare it to the pic above from this year. You will notice our Christmas Cactus plants bloomed late too!

whitelinen, Yes, I saw the roosters/VPH's show, but have no need for anymore decor. I truly am quite satisfied with all our variety of decor (all seasons/holidays) for at least a few years!

Hi ID2, Dusting is not an issue for me...just guessing it is for you Wink

I didn't see the show and also forgot to check what was shown, but godfreak posted those roosters a month ago. I am going to keep an eye out for them. With any luck, they will hit as is.
