Soundproof glass

Has anyone had soundproof glass windows installed in their home? I read that it can reduce outside noise by 95%. I have loud neighbors and would like to do something to help with the noise. I'm hoping someone here will have some experience with it before I invest in new glass. Thanks in advance.

Good question. We have all new windows, and when they are locked shut, they cut out a lot of sounds. I wasn't aware you can get soundproof glass. It's probably costly.
