Solar Light Set

Anyone had an recent experiences with solar light sets. There was one on today from Westinghouse. I had an old one. The weather got to most of them. I don't know if I can replace batteries, but I know that the damage was to the entire unit. Are the led lights replaceable?

I am looking for advice. Mine had three ways to put them in the ground, sharp stake, hook and some kind of contraption that linked them together in threes.
