I plan on taking them down this weekend if I can. I hate doing it - not only because it is so much work -- but I hate the way the house looks afterwards. And also because then I know the season is really over! It's kind of depressing!!

Do whatever makes you happy or is easiest!

I love when it's up, but when the mood strikes me I have to take it down.

All our big stuff is down. The delicate decorations that I store in my closet are still up.

I have a ladies group coming over Jan 7th, so I am thinking I should probably take down the decorations beforehand. It is just that I havw a lot to do and it is just me. Yuk.

I'm thinking the opposite. The ladies might enjoy seeing your home decorated. I'll probably start taking mine down between January 10 and 12.
