I was in a Home Goods the other day and the display that caught my attention the most (other than the coastal) was the one with many shades of green.

@GingerPeach  Home Goods is the one place with all the greens that I cannot stop thinking about. I think I'm going to get the light sage green canister set....I haven't had one in years but it is so gorgeous!

I'm also looking for a new green tea kettle. I just love, love home things.

@Regal Bee

One of my favorite shows used to be Royal Pains.  I loved the set that was where they were supposed to live.  Their kitchen had green accessories.  (I have that tea kettle but in yellow.)   I LOVED how the green one looked in their setting.

@GingerPeach  Wow, I haven't heard of the show.....I'm awful with television and never know what's on......Smiley Tongue

I love the tea kettle.....so pretty. When I received my green set of cast iron from the Q is when I think this green obsession started...it is so pretty and all my friends have complimented the color.

When I saw all the green yesterday.....I just was so happy.

Thank you.....I really appreciate this.

Re: So Many Beautiful Greens!

I've heard that there are those who love green and those who love blue.  I was always a lover of green...and blue, not so much!  Then our last home had icy blue in the living room and a deeper blue in the kitchen ...that I originally planned to change ...but started to love as we lived there.  I still love shades of green... and happily welcome others to the 'green side'! I love all the live green foliage and there are all different shades of greens.  I always add in some green vine to my flower pots and hanging baskets around my outside deck.

In case you haven't already found it, there's a lovely blog called HomeisWheretheBoatis dot net.  She just posted some beautiful green ideas today.

Re: So Many Beautiful Greens!

Yes! I've realized that green is becoming a popular color to use in home design. It's a fun and rich color to add spark and beauty a room. I have some light green in my bedroom. I love it! It reminds me of the outdoors and nature. I found this article online on how a dark shade of green, Kelly green, is becoming popular since it's a vivid color - https://housetipster.com/housetips/9116/color-of-the-month-kelly-green. Do you have a favorite shade of green?
