So Disappointed!!

On September 26, I ordered 3 little houses from Valerie Parr Hill. I received them on November 4th. They took over a month to get here. I opened the box and they were the cutest things and worth the wait. Took the first house out and turned it over to put in the batteries. The entire battery box was missing!! The other two were fine but I paid for 3!

The label on the box said 1 of 3 which meant there should have been a return label underneath. I peeled off the label on top of the box. There was nothing. They couldn't have even taken the time to put the return label there. QVC needs to change their name. They no longer stand for Quality, Value and Convenience.

VPH is way overpriced for the quality. I've stopped buying her items since you can get stuff like that anywhere.

Hi @Blackcatmom I am sorry 1 of the 3 houses was defective, unfortunateley we have no stock to replace, if you wanted to keep them we can issue a partial refund?

I have received many VPH packages the same way you have. If you are gonna return them just write the info on a piece of paper and insert it in your box. Write the return address on the package and mail it back. Or print a new label out and use that.

@Blackcatmom - I had the same experience, no invoice and 1 of the 3 houses didn't light up. I printed out my return form and am returning all three. They are cute, but I'm weary of the quality issues with Valerie's items.

Ladies, I ordered several things when Valorie brought items from "Hannah's". Apparently, Q didn't approve of their price point. They're no longer here and items look less quality to me.

The Hannah's items were SO beautiful, I would pay a few extra dollars!

Had a similar problem. Ordered a set of four angels but two were exactly the same. All I did was call CS and since they were sold out, they offered a partial refund (or you could easily print a return label and invoice form and return them all. Problem solved.
