Ordered a Snoopy blanket on the 23rd of September, went in an hour later to cancel, could not because it said it was in process. Now it is the 25th and it is still in process. Seems to me it could have either been cancelled or shipped by now. But I have noticed lately, it is taking longer to get stuff from QVC.

Not always.  I just received something in four days.

 

The promise is 7-10.  I don't think I have ever not gotten an in-stock item, within that time frame.  System updates do not always reflect real time, and "in process" is a pretty wide open designation.

 

I have one of those Snoopy blankets!  I got it awhile ago as a Christmas gift for my husband.  It's hiding in my closet.❄︎

It takes forever for my orders to reach me.  UPS is better, but when they do that SmartPost thing that starts off as UPS then transfers to the USPS it takes an additional two to three days.

 

And there is no excuse for this "unable to cancel because your order is in process" baloney.  Orders sit In Process for DAYS!!!!
