I have a couple plugged in under my brand new white cabinets and there is a yellow oily film on them. Anyone have the same problem and how did you clean it off.

I would try a microfiber cloth with Dawn and warm water. But it might be a good idea to check the manufacturer's recommendations for what to use or avoid first.

I think they leaked out.

I gave up on all plug-ins long ago when I saw an oily smudge above one.  The heat must send up oily air.
