A few months ago I participated on a thread in this forum regarding slab leaks. Hope all who were experiencing slab leaks are now doing well. It can be very challenging. We too had a slab leak in this house and my husband installed a switch in the utility room similar to one that controls the sprinkler system for our lawn, to shut off our water main when not in use. That really helped as we no longer had to shut it off from outside. We have since repaired the leak as my husband is very resourceful and found it rather quickly after removing a piece of slab in our den that we had closed off for that purpose.
Hope this helps others.
