Pretty for Christmas, but I would be much happier with the room with the wood of the table showing and just some placemats and only natural greeery/pinecones for the decor.

I like the green glassware & silver candlestick. The rest would go ( furniture included)!!

Get rid of the pillows on the chairs. Love the built in cabinet. Your right simple beauty.

Great visual flow but the chairs don't look comfortable.

I like it. The colors are muted rather than traditional, but it still says holiday. I think what throws it off for me are the decorations on the mantel They so similar to the table setting it takes away from the simple beauty of the table.

Very nice.  The only thing I'd add is a bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

I'm picturing a small farmhouse with a working fireplace, and this table set up for Christmas. There is a certain charm to it.

I am not a fan of this one. I think I would like it more if the wallpaper was gone and the tablecloth was white.
