I did a search on the Haan Sanitizer that you were wondering about. It looks like it is model MS-30, but the Q does not give a model number, so if we are talking about the same model, this is what I found. Home Depot's reviews were 4.7/5, with 3 reviews, another site was 3.5/5 with just 2 reviews.

But, Allergy Buyers Club had an expert review which was quite lengthy and 4 consumer reviews. You may want to check that site, as usually you don't get an "expert" review unless you go to consumer reports.

By the way, it looked like Q had the lowest price, but I noticed it was waitlisted. Kohl's and Amazon were out of stock, also.
