Shark Rocket not working

My Shark Rocket (non Duo Clean) brush head has seized up. Has anybody else had troubLe getting the plastic housing open?

Not sure, but are there buttons on each side of the top of the housing? If so, I believe you press them outward. Should pop open.  If that's not the case, try googling your issue.  There's probably even a YouTube instruction.

There are 3 oversized plastic screws but I can't get them loose, no matter how hard I've tried.
