@Oznell   What a beautiful home. I really like this updated colonial version....now if I were just rich!!! HA!

 

 I'm really liking the greenery around the house. It gives me some great ideas for mine.

The bounty of the whole fruit in the container and the nearby sliced fruit brings to mind old Dutch still-life paintings.  Same with the fruit painting to the right of the cooktop, and the flowers in the bathroom.

 

Like the Art Deco pottery.

Below the top of stairs, on the first floor, is a hallway passage between the two arched doorways.  And both of those doorways have a drop-down step when entering the shared hallway.  Those drop-down steps seem like treacherous falling hazards, and possibly a deal-breaker.

Like the way the blue painted wood defines the spaces and also like that it gives a cautionary reminder of the sloped ceiling.

 

The house seems more spacious on the inside than it looks from the outside.
