Designed by Kat Lawton.  Love a Dutch Colonial roofline.  Interesting dormers and gables, charming little side porch--

At first, I thought this part below was an addition at the back, but it seems to be free-standing.  Perhaps it's a studio of some kind?   Lucky homeowners!

Love that twisty, moss-covered tree-

Handsome entry, with leaded glass windows, and arched doorways--

Spacious too.

While I like this dreamy kitchen, I think 3 large pendant lights is just a bit much--

Beautiful stone floor in this little annex below--

Cute breakfast area--

The dark wood on the inside of the shelves contrasts nicely with the light painted wood and trim.  I love the accessories displayed, including the ivory colored Art Deco pottery, battered old bowls, the candlesticks, glassware and big vintage colander, overflowing with fruit!

This curving couch in front of a big window would be a great reading spot!

Love the way the architecture of the house allows for all different kinds and shapes of windows, like these above the bed.  Gorgeous vintage pendant light.

More interesting windows, in what seems to be a cozy, well-lit study--

Nice backyard water view, sigh!

That's beautifulSmiley Happy

I agree with you about the 3 large pendant lights in the kitchen.

Not only beautiful but everything looks comfortable and I love that!

What a beautiful exterior and setting.

We used to drive around many of these Seattle neighborhoods - just daydreaming.

@Oznell this was pretty perfection. Thank you for another wonderful posting.

There was nothing I didn't love. The color schemes, furniture, everything looks elegant yet comfortable. I'm coveting that curving couch.

Beautiful inside and out, my dream home.

I wish we'd been given a peek at the studio!

There are houses and there are houses, but this like a work of art.  Inside and out.  it's understated and yet it says look at me.  Beautiful.  Nothing there to criticize.

By far, this home is the most beautiful of all the ones you have posted. From the entryway, to the island in the kitchen, especially like the way the ceiling looks above the island and breakfast area. It's not the typical coffered ceiling, but really like the looks of that millwork. Thanks for posting, I always enjoy your finds and what you write about them.

To me, this home is move in ready I wouldn't change a thing!  Most beautiful home and property. I wonder how much it is.   In California, with ocean view it woukd be 18 million.

@Oznell   One of the best I've seen here.  Would love that couch or window seating to read.  I, too, would have loved to see inside the studio.  Everything is stunning.  The outside looking at the water is perfect!

Oh very pretty. We had a Dutch Colonial so many years ago in West Hartford Ct. It had a front Dutch door. I use to leave the top half open when I was in the front garden with the kids, or many times when I just wanted more air. I can't imagine anyone using that type of door now.
