it's a beautiful view, alright, but i would be bored with it in half an hour! i would love to be on the water, but i need to see things happening on or around that water.

Although beautiful, I definitely wouldn't want to own it. Vacation maybe but in no way own it. The upkeep due to salt is NEVER ENDING & one storm is all it would take to make me move inland, but then again I wouldn't buy on top of the water like that to begin with.

Is this a luxury hotel/Club Med-type place? The view is spectacular but the room looks un-homey.

I like it. Would love to have a place on the beach. I prefer a bit more color in my furnishings, but it’s just one corner of a larger space so I could be happy there.
