I received an email about a purchase I made asking me to leave a review. It was for a set of 5 Valerie Parr Hill flameless pumpkins. My order was on backorder, so by the time I received them, there were lots of negative feedback on this set. Particularly that some of the pumpkins didnt work. When I received mine, I held my breath, but luckily 4 out of the 5 did work. I was disappointed, but really like them, and they are out of stock, so I didnt send them back. I decided to leave feedback. My feedback, I thought, was actually very nice, 4 stars,( because only 4 worked) and I hoped that they would bring them back next year after the problems with liting had been fixed. I did mention that since there were so many reviewers that had had this same problem, that I thought there was a problem within their Quality Control Dept. I felt like it was a perfectly good review, better than most that they did post, but I got an email telling me that they were not going to post it becaude it didnt fit in with their guidelines. So Im confused, it was positive, 4 stars and I said how much I liked them, so it must of been the fact that I said they have a problem in their quality control dept. Wouldnt you think they would want to know that, so they could fix it?
