Reverse Mortgage

I'm 70 yrs old and was having difficulty paying my mortgage every month. I've been interested in a Reverse Mortgage for several years but was afraid to go ahead with it - as I heard so many negative things. Six weeks ago, I found a woman on-line, who works for a local mortgage company. She came to my house and I knew immediately that I could trust her. Well - my reverse mtg closed a few days ago - I received a nice check - and I don't have to make any more mortgage payments. Just to let you ladies know if you are 62 years or older, have equity in your house, and are worrying about keeping your house - I recommend you check out Reverse Mortgages. There's very little helpful information on this topic that I thought I'd pass this on.
