Retractable Awnings

Hi,

Does anyone have one in their backyard? I'm tired of buying canopys to cover my patio area, just to have them rip, etc.. Thinking about an awning that I can crank in & out. Don't know if they are worth the $$--- have looked online & they are very expensive.

Any experience w/ them anyone?
