They claim to be Turkish Cotton.  The feel is not overly soft, nor rough.  We like 'em.

@LTT1   I recently purchased some very nice sheets at Target from the Shabby Chic collection.  One set is a wide pink and white vertical stripe and the other is a baby blue pattern.  All my sheets are white but decided to try a couple of patterns.  They are very well made, 250 thread, Percale and on sale.
