Thank you all! I just ordered my first set of Malden Mills sheets based on your overwhelming responses!

It was -14 degrees here this morning so I hope they get here quickly!! Woman HappyHeart

You will LOVE them!!! Malden Mills are the only sheets I will use in the colder months. My dog even loves them so much, I have trouble getting her out of bed in the mornings to take her to doggie daycare.

Polar Fleece is a registered trademark and not all "fleece" is created equal.  I have five or six sets of Malden Mills (the original maker of Polar Fleece, then bought out by Berkshire) and I wouldn't buy anything else.

Glad to hear you've bought a set and I hope you love them.  (For anyone else, I bought a set of fleece sheets from Kohl's several years ago, before I discovered Malden Mills.  They were the worst ever!  Within a single season they had huge pills and were wearing thin.  In retrospect, I should've returned them for a refund - they cost more than Malden Mills - but instead I gave them to the animal shelter.  At least they were pleased with them!)

Re: Recommendations for Polar Fleece Sheets

I'm looking for queen sheets with 16 or 17 inch deep pockets for a new mattress.  The TSV for today has pockets 12 1/2" deep.  Any suggestions?  Would love to purchase polar fleece sheets, depending on pockets depth.

i love malden ills, but Costco has a great set also. Actually Costco's seem to be plusher. Can't imagine winter without them.

Re: Recommendations for Polar Fleece Sheets

The Malden Mills polar fleece sheets are superb! I love them so much that I bought a set for both of my nieces - one in high school, one in college. They talk about how cozy and soft they are all the time. I just ordered another set for myself - absolute treat for me!

I hope you get some for your bed - you won't regret it!

Re: Recommendations for Polar Fleece Sheets

OK Everyone! My sheets arrived!

I was a tad concerned because when I opened them up they smelled like the plastic bag they came in, no worries....washed them up and they came out of dryer sunlight fresh and perfect!

Was very pleased that they are SO GENEROUS in size, so if you have a need for deep pocket corners, worry not!

So cozy and comfortable I couldn't believe that I had waited so long to get these sheets. I should have asked everyone on the boards long ago!

Thank you Thank you Thank you for your spot on reviews of Malden Mills polar sheets. I do not think I could ever regret this purchase! Perfect for  Minnesota nights!
